Open Development
Moochi develops partly in the open.
Jackstrap is being built with a simple open-development rhythm: rough work stays private, curated progress becomes public, and feedback is folded back into the process.
The public view is not meant to look like a polished press kit. It is a readable window into the work-in-progress: visuals, animation ideas, design questions, gameplay experiments, and short progress updates.
Two Miro boards
Private board: the real working board used for dailies, messy notes, references, planning, animation ideas, gameplay questions, and internal thinking.
Public board: a curated version of the private board, updated twice a week. Viewing and comments are open because feedback is part of the strategy.
Public board
The embedded board below is the curated public version. It should stay safe, readable, and public-facing while still feeling like real work-in-progress.
Follow the updates
Jackstrap updates are short, twice-weekly posts. They are not long devlogs.
